Did you know that for $50 a month or $600 annually you can feed a homeless person for an entire year?

For $200 a month, or $2,400 annually you can sponsor a man in our Nehemiah House Program.

We accept one time donations, as well as, annual, quarterly or monthly gifts. Your donations are essential to sustain and grow this ministry, and allow us to change lives for a lifetime.

The Lighthouse Ministry accepts recurring donations on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. If you prefer, you can make a one time donation to the Lighthouse Ministries. Your donations help us run our Nehemiah House and day-to-day operations.

2011 Malone's Holiday Gift Certificate Fundraiser

Complete your Christmas Shopping early by giving the gift of good taste and donating to The Lighthouse Ministries at the same time! Malones's — Lexington's premiere steak house — is sponsoring a fundraiser to benefit The Lighthouse Ministries this holiday season. From November 25^th through December 24^th the Bluegrass Hospitality Group will donate 20% of every gift certificate purchased to The Lightouse Ministries.

2011 Thanksgiving Dinner

The Lighthouse Ministries, Inc. is in need of volunteers and donations for our Thanksgiving Dinner, Saturday, November 19th, 2011, at Sayre School in Downtown Lexington at 5:00 P.M. We are anticipating 300 + for the meal. Please fill out a response card and RSVP your participation in this joyous event.

2011 Christmas Dinner / Presents

We have given away presents to the homeless and poor in our community for the last seven years. This is the highlight of the year for Lighthouse Ministries. Our Christmas Party will be Saturday, December 17th, 2011, at Sayre School in Downtown Lexington at 5:00 P.M.

This year we are asking for you, your place of business, church, or Sunday school group to sponsor the families or the individuals. We have pre-ordered Lighthouse hoodies that are to be purchased as part of the gift for adults.

Christmas Wish List for the Lighthouse:
Sponsor:

• Family of 6 in the household - $450
• Family of 5 in the household - $375
• Family of 4 in the household - $300
• Family of 3 in the household - $225
• Family of 2 in the household - $150
• Single Men & Women (approximately 165) - $50

What your money will provide is:
Children: A shirt, pants, underwear, socks, toy, and candy (age appropriate)
Adults: A Lighthouse Hooded sweatshirt and socks, underwear and a bag of candy.

Again this year we will have a visit from Santa. We will take photos of everyone and put in picture frames. Any donation is appreciated.

Application for Christmas Assistance will be accepted from Monday, November 1st - Friday, November 12th from 1-2pm (NO application on Saturday or Sunday)

• Applicant must attend at least one service at noon, and it will be verified
• Applicant will be required to fill out application here
• I.D. will be required
• Age limit is children 13 years and younger
• Proof of custody or guardianship will be required
• Birth certificate / Proof of Legal Custody / Social Security card
